Yoga Moves MS – a community of people whose goal is to reduce suffering and increase the physical and mental well-being of people with multiple sclerosis through supporting therapeutic yoga specifically designed to help individuals with MS and the MS Foundation. Researchers find yoga reduces problems of stress and fatigue that effects over 80% of MS patients and also improves their physical health. Yoga’s healing powers are helping MS patients lead happier, healthier lives.

Yoga Moves MS 2009 fundraiser - an outpouring of support!

Thanks to everyone who came to the Yoga Moves MS Party with a Purpose on Nov. 14. Over $9,000 was raised to help people with MS live better quality of lives through therapeutic yoga sponsored by the MS Foundation. Special thanks to Mindy Eisenberg, Diane Nader, Brigette Moran, Jane and Ken Jones and Jill Robinson - a mighty team!!
